Vegetarian Food like Coffee, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be provided while on Tour. Food Plates and tumblers must be taken by the customers. However for Mt.Kailash & Mukthinath tours, food plates and tumblers will be given by us. Food will not be given, if the total number of pax is less than 20. In that case Rs. 250/- per head, per day will be refunded exclusive of train journey days. Evening tea will be provided while staying at Hotels only. Potable water will be provided to the customer while staying at hotels, while providing food. While on journey customers have to keep the water bottles, food plates and tumblers along with them.


We will provide accommodation in one double bed room in decent hotels. According to your bookings the rooms will be twin / triple sharing. In Triple sharing one extra bed will be provided in a double room. According to the checkout time only hotel accommodation will be given. If a customer needs single room he / she has to pay the difference amount for single occupancy.

Bus Seating

Bus seating will be given by “First come first serve Basis”. Conveyance charges from the bus alighting point to monuments / Hotels and other places where the tourist bus cannot go due to the traffic regulation, are to be borne by the tourists. There will be no push-back system at last row ( Seat Nos.35 to 40). The last row in the buses will not be push back seats and no refunds will be made for those seats. Sree Travels, is having all the rights to change the vehicle according to the strength of the group like Mini Bus/ Tempo Traveller / Maxi Cabs / Qualis vehicles. This decision is completely at the discretion of Sree Travels.

Pickup and Drop for Customers Reaching Separate Trains or Flight

If any customers are reaching the destination place by different trains apart from our tour programmes, earlier or later or by flight, have to reach the Hotel on their own expenses. If they are reaching, one day earlier, they have to bear hotel accommodation expenses. If the customers want us to arrange the pickup and drop facilities, they have to pay separately.

Train Tickets

We will assist to book the train tickets, on your behalf through Authorised Agents, according to your enrolling date only, and if there is any delay on confirmation in the part of the customer, we are not responsible for the confirmations of the berths / lower Berths. Train tickets will be booked after the Cheque / Card payment clearance. Hence, kindly confirm your seats before 120 days in advance to avoid inconvenience. If the customers are willing to book the tickets on their own, they can book themselves and the photocopies of the reserved tickets should be handed over to us.

Any customer need AC class train tickets, we can assist to book the tickets. If the tickets are not confirmed; the customers have to take care of their reservations. It is at their own risk of the customers, regarding the confirmation of the berths. If we are booking the train tickets on behalf of customers, we can't able to commit for lower berth. No receipt will be given for train tickets. We are not charging any service charges for booking the train tickets. If customer needs the receipt they have to pay the Income tax as well as service tax.

Fight Tickets

Sree Travels will book the flight tickets on behalf of customers. But we are not responsible for the flight delays / cancellations / delay in connecting flights etc., During Mukthinath trips, if there is any delay because of climatic conditions, Flight Schedule, the customer has to take care of their return journey tickets & additional day accommodation. No receipt will be given for Flight tickets. We are not charging any service charges for booking the Flight tickets. If customer needs the receipt they have to pay the Income tax as well as service tax. While booking the flight tickets customers are requested to handover the photocopy of the Identification card which they are carrying while travel. Now a days flight fare are internet based fares and flight fares are subject to change.

LTC / LFC FACILITY FOR BANK STAFFS PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKINGS AND CENTRAL GOVT EMPLOYEES Staffs of the Nationalised banks and public sector undertaking can avail LTC in tour (THEY HAVE TO RECEIVE THE PERMIT COPY, DRIVER LICENCE & RTO COPIES FROM THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE, WHILE ON TOUR ONLY). They can able to avail their LTC by submitting the undermentioned documents. After the end of the tour you can get stamped receipt & bill from Sree Travels.

“For the customer of Postal Central Govt Employees for LTC only Train Tickets will be provided. After 2 weeks at the end of the tour, LTC document will be handed over.
